In connection with your transactions with National Credit Rescoring we may obtain information about you as described in this notice, any and all information National Credit Rescoring obtains will be handled as stated in this notice.

We collect nonpublic information about you from the following sources:

* Information we receive from you on applications or other forms in connection with a financial and or other transaction.

* Information we received from the consumer reporting agency   

* We may disclose nonpublic information about you,while you are a consumer, customer or former customer to our affiliates to comply with reporting and other legal requirements or to otherwise conduct business as permitted by law             

We respect and value your privacy; we do not share, sell or transfer your information  

Limited Power of Attorney: By signing this agreement the client authorizes National Credit Rescoring, LLC. to communicate with Trans Union, Experian, Equifax and any other company or individual on his/her behalf to include but not limited to signing all documents provided to the credit bureau [s] as the client. This authorization is only valid for the purpose of providing the service [s] agreed to as aforementioned in this notice and/or to obtain information that is necessary to correct or improve specific accounts and updating said information described herein held by the client. This information is not used for any other purpose.
